a large labor force.
Ecolab operations team and PNK group work closely together to design the building to the specific demands of the various business units that will occupy the premises for both today and for the future.
PNK park High Point will feature five cross-dock buildings sized from 400K SQ. More than a million square feet of Building A is currently under construction. Multiple other options are available for customers, including build-to-lease, build-to-suit and land-site development.
The facility is ideally suited for warehousing, manufacturing, logistics and distribution. it’s close to the FedEx Ground facility and less than a 10-minute drive to Piedmont Triad International Airport. Industrial facilities are serviced by Duke Energy and Piedmont Natural Gas.
