PNK park High Point will feature five cross-dock buildings sized from 400K SQ. More than a million square feet of Building A is currently under construction. Multiple other options are available for customers, including build-to-lease, build-to-suit and land-site development.

The facility is ideally suited for warehousing, manufacturing, logistics and distribution. it’s close to the FedEx Ground facility and less than a 10-minute drive to Piedmont Triad International Airport. Industrial facilities are serviced by Duke Energy and Piedmont Natural Gas.
